Neccton bolsters PlayOJO’s player monitoring capabilities

Gambling service solutions provider Neccton has secured PlayOJO as a client, enhancing the casino and bingo operator’s player monitoring capabilities.

By launching its Safe Mate solution on the SkillOnNet-powered operators platform, Neccton’s product will enable PlayOJO to better track player data, detect risk patterns, monitor changes in player behaviour and flag signs of potential problem gambling.

PlayOJO aims to utilise the Safe Mate service as a ‘safer gamlbing assistant’ for its customers, providing players with a health score and a ‘friendly nod’ when changes in their gambling behaviour are detected.

“We are delighted to partner with Neccton to offer our players this state-of-the-art new Safer Gambling tool,” remarked Peter Bennett, Head of Brand at PlayOJO.

“We pride ourselves on being the fair online Casino and Bingo site and will continue to find new innovative methods and tools to help promote safe play for our customers.”

Furthermore, the Safe Mate solution enables players to take greater control of their own personal monitoring activities, such as tracking how much they have deposited, how much time they have spent playing games and how much they have wagered over a six month period.

Safe Mate enables customers to track how much they have deposited, how much they have wagered and how long they have spent on the site over a six month period.

PlayOJO gamers can also compare what they think they have spent with their actual spending history, and have the option to receive personal feedback and tailored communications to help prevent problem gambling.

The launch of Safe Mate represents a bolstering of PlayOJO’s safer gambling and responsible betting commitments, having already maintained 24/7 support services, account self-assessments, affordability checks and time limits.

In addition to assisting betting and gambling firms with player monitoring operations, Neccton also offers anti-money laundering and anti-fraud solutions, notably partnering with Fraugster in September 2020.
