JPMorgan Chase announces deal for new loyalty business acquisition

JPMorgan Chase and cxLoyalty Group Holdings have come together for the confirmation of an agreement for JPMorgan Chase to acquire the Global Loyalty business of cxLoyalty Group Holdings.

The agreement includes cxLoyalty’s technology platforms, full-service travel agency, gift card, merchandise, and points bank businesses.

The acquisition will see JPMorgan Chase credit card customers continue using Ultimate Rewards as usual and over time, will have access to enhanced travel experiences.
