Argyll elevates compliance capabilities with TruNarrative

Argyll Entertainment has strengthened its customer onboarding, verification and affordability capabilities partnering with compliance single-platform supplier TruNarrative.

The compliance partnership comes as Argyll, the operating firm of online bookmakers SportNation and RedZone Sports, is placing an elevated focus on ensuring it meets the changing UKGC demands and provisions on player verification, affordability assessments and monitoring of transactional engagements.

Declared as a major product directive, Argyll has upgraded all critical compliance disciplines to be verified by TruNarrative’s ‘single platform’ to safely, quickly, and compliantly onboard, transact and manage their customers without friction and delivering a world-class UX.

Delivered through a single API, Argyll operating teams will be able to automate customer journeys fulfilling increased requirements on KYC, KYB,  AML, behavioural monitoring, ID verification, fraud detection, credit and affordability checks.

Phil Bell, Commercial Director at Argyll Entertainment, commented: “We’re really pleased to be working with TruNarrative to deliver a robust solution to effectively monitor and protect our players. Player affordability and safety on our sites is our priority and the addition of TruNarrative will help ensure our players continue to enjoy our sites responsibly“.

Argyll stated that it has selected TruNarrative’s systems as its lead compliance and customer on-boarding platform following a comprehensive review of technology solutions.

Developed to deploy ‘AI-driven orchestrations’ for customers, the TruNarrative platform can integrate into over 50+ third-party data sources to enhance operator decision-making and better monitor transactions globally.

Adam Doyle, Head of Gaming at TruNarrative, added: “We are excited to be working with Argyll Entertainment, and look forward to helping them protect their players and grow as a business.

“With access to our Affordability and player monitoring capabilities, they will be able to better understand their players spending and affordability, setting triggers to alert when spending or behaviour changes or thresholds are met.”
