Yooz taps into cloud potential with Microsoft partnership

Yooz, provider of cloud-based purchase-to-pay (P2P) automation solution, has announced a new global partnership with global technology giants Microsoft.

Through the newfound partnership, Yooz will utilise the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to power its paperless accounts payable systems in a bid to provide a more ‘efficient and secure’ solution. 

Combining the two products is expected to increase the value of firms finance, accounts and purchasing departments thanks to Azure’s ability to streamline and automate processes.

Yooz enables the ability to capture invoices (paper or electronic) by applying artificial intelligence technologies to the processes. The solution also manages the approval and electronic payment procedures, integrating into over 200 accounting and ERP software programs worldwide.

Introducing the power of Azure is expected to impact numerous areas of operations including eliminate the risk of document loss, standardise document collection and reduce data-entry time for invoices, claimed to be half of its previous time. 

Furthermore, the Azure cloud technology enables users to access and share all digital documents in real time while ensuring that processes are legally compliant and fully traceable.
