Digital payment platform, Payoneer has announced a deal to acquire Munich-based tech company optile

The deal boosts Payoneer’s continued efforts to empower businesses around the world to grow globally, as optile streamlines payment acceptance processes for merchants worldwide.

As part of the acquisition, optile’s 75-person team will continue to operate as an independent group within Payoneer, developing its payment orchestration platform with supplier and payment provider-independence at the core of its offering.
