Global fintech firm Avaloq has announced the launch of avaloq.one – a new, collaborative platform in a bid to help the financial services industry in their efforts working more effectively with fintechs.
avaloq.one has been designed to connect fintechs and their solutions, to Avaloq’s already existing global financial clients.
The platform will “promote and showcase” fintech innovation and place Avaloq, its fintech partners and its clients at the “forefront of the digital revolution underpinning the next generation of financial services.”
Martin Greweldinger, group chief product officer at Avaloq, expressed Avaloq’s commitment to delivering “future-proof” services and that the new platform keeps the company “at the cutting edge of innovation today and tomorrow.”
He said “We are excited and proud of our new platform and are actively looking to partner with fintechs around the world to grow our marketplace.
“Our aim is simple: to make avaloq.one the world’s leading ecosystem of banks, wealth managers, fintechs and developers.”
avaloq.one uses standardised Open Application Program Interfaces (APIs) to connect banks with fintechs and companies that join the platform can take advantage of the avaloq.one sandbox capabilities.
In addition, participating fintechs only need to integrate its solution to the banking suite once to engage with the firm’s clients.

At the end of last year, Avaloq won the ‘Best of Show’ award at FinovateAsia for a prototype of avaloq.one.
